  • Standard Shipping: 4–9 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days

🌍 International Shipping

  • Europe: 4–9 business days

  • Rest of World: 4–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Velora Market, is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.

If your package appears lost:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier.
