Returns

* You have **14 days from the date of delivery** to request a return.
* Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
* Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

How to Start a Return

* Contact our support team at WhatsApp  with your order number and reason for return.
* Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions.
* Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Costs & Coverage

* **Change of mind returns**: Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
* **Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items**: Velora Market covers the return shipping cost in full.

Inspection & Damages

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

* Sale items 
* Gift cards
* Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Refunds

* Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
* Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within **5–7 business days**.
* Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete posting.
* If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, contact us at WhatsApp.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the item for a refund and place a new order once approved.
